Esteban is a growth marketing manager with more than nine years of experience working in tech startups. He also has entrepreneurship experience from co-founding three tech startups. Esteban has deep experience scaling dozens of SaaS B2B and mobile app startups, helping them launch, scale, and optimize their positioning and funnels to grow users and customers.

Diego has worked in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources for the past 8+ years. During that time, he had the chance to work with teams in the US, UK, and LatAm at several companies, including Revolut, Flex, AstraZeneca, and HPE. He has led two company hiring ramps, market knowledge with niche skill positions and several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for women in tech and mental health awareness.

Karla has spent the last eight years in the IT industry developing sales strategies, establishing business partnerships, and leading commercial teams through change. She has found her true passion by driving people to reach their full potential both for The Launch Box’s Mexico Tech Hub and our entrepreneur clients.

Amy has over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing for professional services and tech firms. She provides strategic marketing advice to help professional services firm founders and entrepreneurs set up and scale their marketing operations and make their dreams come true.
