Explain your career path—how did you become a JR AI Developer?
My career path started with a strong interest in technology, problem-solving, and helping others. Through experience is support and customer-focused environments, I developed communication, troubleshooting, and service skills

I would describe myself as optimistic, adaptable, and growth-oriented. I enjoy learning new things, maintaining a positive attitude, and building strong relationships through empathy, respect, and teamwork.
What are your top personal values, and how do you apply those to your work?
My top values are integrity, loyalty, empathy, and continuous improvement. I apply them by being dependable, treating people with respect, listening carefully to client needs, and always looking for better ways to solve challenges

What is a common misconception you hear about IT?
A common misconception is that AI development is only about coding complex models. In reality, it also requires creativity, business understanding, problem-solving, teamwork, and building practical solutions that help people and organizations.
What is the most fulfilling part of your role at TLB?
The most fulfilling part of my role is creating solutions that improve processes, save time, and generate value. It is rewarding to see technology make a real difference for clients and teams.
