Explain your career path—how did you become a FP&A Manager?

I started my career in accounting and tax, mainly focused on reporting and compliance. Over time, I got more involved in analysis, budgeting, and working with different regions, which led me into FP&A.

Can you describe your personal self?

I’d describe myself as analytical and easy to work with. I like understanding how things work and finding ways to improve them. I enjoy collaborating with others, but I’m also comfortable working independently, and I try to keep a practical and positive approach to challenges.

What are your top personal values, and how do you apply those to your work?

My core values include integrity, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

- I consistently strive to be honest and transparent.

- I take responsibility for my work and communication.

- I am constantly seeking ways to enhance processes and simplify decisions for the team.

These principles shape my interactions with others and influence my approach to every project.

Why did you choose to join The Launch Box?

TLB stood out to me right away — the mission, the pace, and the opportunity to truly make an impact. It’s a place where ideas are welcome, growth is real, and everyone is building something together. I wanted to be part of that energy and help strengthen the financial side as the company scales.

What is a common misconception you hear about FP&A?

That it’s all spreadsheets. FP&A is really about storytelling, strategy, and influence. It’s turning data into direction and partnering with teams to drive the business forward.

What is the most fulfilling part of your role at TLB?

Seeing how clarity in the numbers helps the team make confident decisions. Knowing that my work directly supports growth and momentum is incredibly rewarding.

What about the future of TLB are you most excited about?

I’m excited about our continued growth and the chance to help build scalable financial processes that support it. There’s a lot of innovation and opportunity ahead, and being part of shaping that is something I’m really looking forward to.
