Explain your career path—how did you become a Service Desk Engineer?

My curiosity is what pushed me toward a career in IT. I landed on the service desk almost by chance, and it was my love of problem-solving that made me stick with this field.

Can you describe your personal self?

I'm a naturally curious person, a video game lover, and a huge fan of live concerts. I'm always ready to help others and eager to keep learning.

What are your top personal values, and how do you apply those to your work?

Being responsible, direct, and honest. Knowing how to recognize when I'm wrong and owning up to my mistakes

Why did you choose to join The Launch Box?

I chose TLB because it represents a real challenge, a way of working with a different approach and rhythm than what I was used to. What I find most compelling is its entrepreneurial mindset: the pace, the ownership, and the way of tackling problems feel much closer to building something from the ground up than to a traditional corporate structure

What is a common misconception you hear about being a Service Desk Engineer?

That IT is only for 'nerds.' In reality, it touches every area of the company and is far more approachable than people think

What is the most fulfilling part of your role at TLB?

Ending my day having learned something new. Feeling close to my coworkers instead of just being another employee number.

What about the future of TLB are you most excited about?

Growing personally while getting hands-on with new technologies, like AI, to build tools and improve how we work.
