Driven by a passion for numbers, I am a CPA and MBA-credentialed Senior Accounting Manager with over a decade of financial expertise. I specialize in optimizing global operations, scaling reporting frameworks, and translating complex data into strategic business growth.
Explain your career path—how did you become a Sr. Accounting Manager?
I’ve always had a natural affinity for numbers and a passion for digging into the analytics behind them, which is really what fueled my growth into a Senior Accounting Manager. Across my career, from managing AP/AR operations and analyzing complex fixed assets to overseeing full-cycle accounting and P&L forecasting for global entities, I’ve drawn on that analytical mindset to solve financial puzzles. Holding my CPA and an MBA in Finance has allowed me to turn that love for mathematical detail into strategic leadership, optimizing cash flow, strengthening internal controls, and delivering insights that keep business operations moving forward.

What are your top personal values, and how do you apply those to your work?
My top personal values are integrity and leadership. I uphold integrity by ensuring absolute financial compliance, transparency, and accuracy across all reporting, and lead by empowering my teams, streamlining operations, and fostering a collaborative culture of accountability.

What is a common misconception you hear about being a Senior Accounting Manager?
Most people believe we simply sit behind a spreadsheet doing complex math and tracking past numbers. In reality, the role is heavily strategic and people-focused; it’s about leading teams, ensuring governance, and translating financial data into actionable insights that drive future business growth.
