Strategic Marketing Advisory:

  • Collaborates with Founder to provide strategic advice on achieving business goals leveraging the full scope of marketing services​

  • Maintains annual marketing plan & budget​

  • Provides strategic guidance, templates and best practices to client’s marketing team on optimal use of people, processes and tools​

  • Directly manages client marketing teams/resources​

  • Oversees work with outsourced teams or agencies​

  • Allocates Launch Box resources to support both launch and ongoing activities​

  • Brand Strategy: Brand definition, visual identity & ​brand design, messaging pillars, voice definition, competitive positioning, mission/vision/values, targeting ICPs​

  • Website & Graphics: Website architecture, design & dev, website hosting & setup, standard template development, social media banners/logos/templates, business cards​

  • Communications & Social: PR support for launch, Mission Matters interview/video/promo ‘launch’ package, social media setup​

  • Marketing Automation: Marketing automation/CRM tool needs definition & support for initial setup, SEO/SEM, build strategic marketing plan (in support of business objectives)​
