Strategic Marketing Advisory:
Collaborates with Founder to provide strategic advice on achieving business goals leveraging the full scope of marketing services
Maintains annual marketing plan & budget
Provides strategic guidance, templates and best practices to client’s marketing team on optimal use of people, processes and tools
Directly manages client marketing teams/resources
Oversees work with outsourced teams or agencies
Allocates Launch Box resources to support both launch and ongoing activities
Launch Phase Services:
Brand Strategy: Brand definition, visual identity & brand design, messaging pillars, voice definition, competitive positioning, mission/vision/values, targeting ICPs
Website & Graphics: Website architecture, design & dev, website hosting & setup, standard template development, social media banners/logos/templates, business cards
Communications & Social: PR support for launch, Mission Matters interview/video/promo ‘launch’ package, social media setup
Marketing Automation: Marketing automation/CRM tool needs definition & support for initial setup, SEO/SEM, build strategic marketing plan (in support of business objectives)
Events & Partnerships: Strategic advice on initial event strategy, partner marketing strategy
Ongoing Marketing Services:
